Communication is critical to success in today's competitive market. FWM utilizes its two fully-staffed offices in Portland and Seattle to effectively and efficiently communicate the needs of our suppliers and customers.

Produce Management

Forecasting and inventory control is an integral part of commerce today. We routinely use these tools to manage our business and enforce our value added position with our accounts.

We perform regular SKU rationalization along with cost analysis for a complete and thorough program review to maximize sales and productivity.

Each office of FWM has year-round showrooms and schematic planogram areas for full-line presentations as well as schematic layout and product merchandising development.

Support and Service

FWM encompasses two staffed offices with each employing full-time outside salespeople and sales/administrative/customer service support personnel. Both offices are centrally located to our key accounts in Oregon and Washington.

FWM provides marketing surveys, sales programs and promotional planning, inventory management and forecasting, customer service, order tracking, purchase order and invoice reconciliation, packaging and merchandising recommendations, graphic production and customer-oriented sales/training.
